PBS (phosphate buffered solution) is phosphate buffer solution, which can provide a relatively stable ionic environment and pH buffering capacity. It is a buffered salt solution often used in biology for molecular cloning and cell culture. The pH is 7.4. The blood is isotonic and the main components are potassium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium chloride and potassium chloride.

This product is a 10× concentrated liquid, after sterilization treatment, it can be directly diluted 10 times for use. Storage at 4°C can extend the shelf life of the product. Low temperature storage is not recommended for long-term storage.

Storage: Store at room temperature, valid for at least 12 months.

Precautions: 

In the process of using PBS, special care should be taken to avoid contamination of the solution by microorganisms.

PBS (10×) is easier to produce precipitation under low temperature conditions. If there is precipitation, please put it in a 37℃ water bath until it is completely dissolved before use.
